On Mediterranean Sea again

Rough Mediterranean Sea .. more on saving people


Rough sea today. Half the team is seasick, I mean, half of the other team… no, no, I am joking. But it is normal to get seasick, even seamen have this problem. A small pill, a bit food in the stomach will help. But anyway most of us took some rest in our small cabin beds at one point. Up to 4 meter waves rocked us a bit late morning/noon. Sea is better now, waves down to 2 meters. We steam direction Malta and then heading towards SAR zone in front of Libya. If the weather conditions allow, we will arrive there Thursday night. If the waves get extremely uncomfortable for us again, we will most probably take care for our own security and will try to get some shelter in Lampedusa or Malta. Anyway we will only leave the rescue zone if the conditions are too bad for rubber…
